Yes, today was Town Meeting day where I engineer two separate shoots at the same time. The big town gets the TV station’s three-camera, 8 mic, live switch setup that I put together at 7 AM, then I take my equipment to the smaller town to direct a two- camera, 5 mic, setup where I operate the audience camera and run sound. That meeting ran 5 hours! The larger town’s meeting was barely 3 hours.

Tomorrow night is the first of two girls varsity high school basketball games that I engineer, feeding live onto cable channel 16.

Thursday is the first meeting of the newly constituted Select Board, a 3 camera, 6 mic, live feed event.

And Saturday will be the last basketball game of the season, provided the varsity girls win tomorrows game, which is highly likely they will do.
