Our tax refund arrived yesterday.  We were told to expect the state one first, around today, and the Fed later, like next week.  To our surprise the Fed’s is here now and the state is delayed.  Well, we are happy, no matter what.  We can pay off some bills and get the Pathfinder fixed.

Last night I moved a bunch of stuff in the office yesterday, and Steph continued it today.  She’s been re-arranging the house as well for the last several days, too.  We have been re-organizing the office, something we needed to do for months now.  Sometimes it takes forever to get anything done…

We want to move into Hardwick as soon as possible.  Steph ran into the real estate agent handling the Highland Street House.  She said there was another offer, that fell through, and that her daughter was foreclosed and she and her kids are moving in.  The real estate agent said she was told they will sell it in another couple of months.
