Made a new dish for dinner

I’ve made this a couple of times now, but I think I’m getting better at it:

Chicken parts, deboned, cut into 1/2″ cubes.

Boiled in a large pot of water with several carrots and vegetable broth.

This time I cubed a large cooked potato that we had sitting in the fridge, and I put in a bit of powdered garlic and cumin.

 

Olivia liked it just like that, but I suggested to Audrey to put some sour cream in it.  Me, I put Cholula hot sauce in it. Yum!

My latest thing is Cholula hot sauce.  Boy it’s good, better tasting than Tobasco, not as sweet.  I have to find a place that sells huge bottles…
