At home with Errol
After another long week of getting up early and working late, I am home with Errol today and Steph is at the office working on MemoirSite.
In about an hour I will go get the girls from school (they get out early today). We’ll all go down to Montpelier together and run some errands.
There was a double-shot yesterday, both the Hardwick Select Board and the Girls Basketball game were on at the same time. If poor Kurt, our best volunteer, had been up to it, I could have set up my computer and streamed the Select Board live, and the basketball game at the same time. Now that would have been cool.
Yesterday we met with a lawyer to discuss funding possibilities for MemoirSite. We really need something, but I don’t know enough about our options for making money. I doubt we could get any loans, we don’t have collateral or high credit scores.
We have a lot of work still to do on the back end before we can take in paying customers. Yep, a lot of work.
Errol has been looking at books this morning, we had some Nachos together, I brought in some firewood.
Boy is our driveway slippery! It rained and then froze, so our driveway is one big huge sheet of ice. Stephanie could barely get the van out of here this morning, even with studded snow tires. We need chains now.
