I went to start the Volvo and it cranked a couple of turns, but when it went to start, it sort of chuffed.  Ever since then when I crank the starter it sounds like two or three cylinders isn’t firing.  Crank it long enough and it really almost wants to catch, but it never can.

I had to drive the Pathfinder to Norwich, then Blington and back to Hardwick.  I filled it on the way to Norwich and after returning from Blington to check the mileage. I got 14 MPG.
