Yeah, I am fairly sure it’s the bearings.  I jacked up the front wheels one at a time and wiggled them.  The ball joints and tie rods seems fine, it felt like the hub, the wheel rim moved in relation to the brake caliper.

Not driving the van out of Cabot now.
