You are hereby detached from duty at this Navy Yard, and will proceed to San Fransisco, Cal., at once and report to Major George Ruhlen, Quartermaster, U.S.A., Phelan Building, Market Street, for passage on the Steamer “Puebla” to the Phillipines.
On arrival on the Asiatic Station, you will report to Rear Admiral George Dewey, U.S.N. for duty.
