1. You are hereby detached from duty on board the U.S.S. CHARLESTON and from temporary duty on board the U.S.S. CULGOA, and will proceed immediately to your home in the United States.

2. Immediately upon your arrival home, report your local address, in full, to the Bureau of Navigation, Navy Department, Washington, DC.
