SIR:
You are hereby detached from duty at the Navy Yard, Mare Island, Cal., and from such other duty as may have been assigned you, and will report, immediately, to the Commandant of the Yard, for transportation to the Asiatic Station. Upon your arrival, report, immediately, to the Commander-in-Chief of the Asiatic Station, for duty on board such vessel as he may assign you to.
