MemoirSite is created and operated by MemoirSite, LLC, based in Vermont, USA.

The three founders are:

Stephanie Fraser, President and Project Manager/Webmaster.

Jerome Risley, Vice-President and Creative Director.

Robin Grant, Secretary/Treasurer and Director of Business Affairs.
